Apricot Cherries

Preparation: Clean the apricots from the seeds and throw them into a large container. Add to the lemon juice, water and put on boiling fire. Remove from the fire after 15 minutes. Pour the sugar and butter and put it back into the fire. Mix well until fully melted. Blink for 15 to 20 minutes more. Then put the jam in a clean jar.
